Designed and produced by artist Edward Clarkson.
Focusing on the southern embankment of the River Thames in central London, this work shows many landmarks born in various stages of the city's history.
The Southbank, like its northern counterpart, is lined with architectural monuments, from modern skyscrapers to medieval cathedrals, to old warehouses now used as converted apartments, from taverns to markets to bridges. Many of these landmarks are accessible through a stroll on the Queen's Walk and Bankside.
Work includes: (from left to right, top to bottom)
Southbank Tower, OXO Tower, One Blackfriars, Southwark Cathedral, Butlers Wharf, The Golden Hinde, The Shipwrights Arms, Montague Close and The Mug House, Borough Market, The Anchor, Millennium Bridge.

These were the perfect gift for my friend who was missing her welsh home. They are beautifully illustrated. I wanted to remind her she always had a home both here in Brisbane and back in Wales.
Beautifully executed. All part of my memories as a migrant.
